Life-time education

  A mission of the DTI University is, in addition to the provision of university education in accredited study programs, also the provision of further education.

  Further education is part of the life-time education.

  The life-time education is provided for in Act No. 568/2009 Coll. of 1 December 2009 on Life-time education and on amendment and supplement to certain laws.

  The term “life-time education” was defined as targeted continuous educational activity, the purpose of which is to improve knowledge, skills and competence.

  The term “life-time education” covers all systems of education - formal, non-formal, informal and all levels of education – pre-school education, education at the primary school, secondary school and university and any further education.
